eQuibbly has come to that proverbial fork in the road. After much thought, we've decided to concentrate our efforts on private & confidential dispute resolution rather than public dispute resolution using crowdsourcing. As a result we have removed the ability to post disputes publicly. Old disputes that were posted for public vote and discussion have been removed from public view - the parties to the dispute can still access their disputes through their dashboard when logged in.

We still welcome your use of eQuibbly to resolve disputes in a virtual private room via mediation or arbitration. You may wish to hire a professional listed on eQuibbly to help you resolve a dispute, or you can do so with your own mediator or arbitrator.
