Post Your Dispute
Click the big yellow "Post Dispute" button at the top of the screen. Explain what your dispute is about and how you think it should be resolved.
Receive a Response from the Other Party
Enter the name and email of the "Responding Party". We send them a request to post a response on eQuibbly and propose a resolution. Their email is kept confidential and will NOT be posted for public view.
If Necessary, Clarify Your Position and Respond to Suggestions
On your dispute page, use the "Follow-ups" box to clarify your initial post or respond to the other Party - only the disputing Parties can use this space. Use the "Discussion" box if you want to respond to a mediator's or arbitrator's comment.
If It's an Arbitration, Voting Settles the Dispute
If you chose to have your dispute resolved through arbitration, after a set number of days the countdown timer reaches zero and voting ends. The dispute is decided in favor of the Party with the most votes. The arbitrators will sign the legally-binding arbitral award online and you will be notified by email when it is ready to be downloaded.
