However no system is one-hundred percent secure and in the event of a breach of our security we will have no liability to you for damages arising from such breach. You acknowledge and agree that any evidence, document, image or other file you upload to the Site will be accessible to the arbitrator, the other Party to your arbitration and the case administrator. The case administrator is employed by eQuibbly and is subject to a confidentiality agreement in which they have agreed to maintain the confidentiality of all information they have access to.

eQuibbly will occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect company and customer feedback or changes to privacy legislation. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to be informed of how eQuibbly is protecting your personal information.

Withdrawal of Consent
