Free Conference Call*

FreeConferenceCall.com is a free telephone conferencing service provided by Free Conferencing Corporation. When you create an account you are provided with a country-specific conference number, a permanent Host Access Code, and a Participant Access Code that you give to the people you want to conference with on the telephone. You can have up to 96 people on the call for 6 hours. FreeConferenceCall.com has country specific call-in numbers that participants can use - only normal long distance charges by each participant's telephone carrier apply - FreeConferenceCall.com does not charge for this service. Conference call recording is also provided free.*

Skype Video Conferencing*

Skype provides inexpensive group video calling. At least one person on the call needs Skype Premium which provides group video conferencing for up to 5 people and unlimited calls to the U.S. and Canada (available for a low monthly rate) or a group video subscription from Skype Manager. For everyone on the call to see video, each person needs: a webcam (discount available with purchase of Skype Premium), a broadband connection, Skype 5.0 or higher.*

The parties to a contract can provide for arbitration of future disputes by inserting the following clause into their contracts:

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration 
administered by eQuibbly online at www.eQuibbly.com under its Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the 
arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof for enforcement purposes.
